Chicago Title Hesse was founded by President, J. Marc Hesse, in November 2013. Prior to establishing this partnership with Chicago Title Company, Mr. Hesse had previous fee offices with other title companies dating back to 1988. Located in North Texas with 5 offices stretching from Dallas to Aubrey, TX, Chicago Title Hesse has built and maintained a reputation for being one of the top Fee Attorney offices in the entire State of Texas.
J. Marc Hesse
Marc Hesse started in law career in Little Rock, Arkansas. After graduating from the University of Arkansas law school in December of 1982, Marc ended up working with a mid-size firm focusing on real estate. When the opportunity to relocate to Dallas and continue his practice as a sole practitioner arose, Marc jumped at the chance to return to his native state. As a sole practitioner, Marc initiated his first relationship as a fee attorney with Ticor Title Insurance Company in 1988. Marc then started Hesse & Jones, PC in 1994 and he and his brother left that firm and started Hesse & Hesse, PC in 2001. That firm has grown to 7 lawyers today and continues to focus on all facets of real estate law. Marc partnered up and rebranded his fee offices with Chicago Title in 2013 primarily due to a long-term relationship with John Tannous, the current President of Chicago Title DFW. The combination of an active real estate based law firm and experienced escrow officers provides our customers and clients a very unique experience.

Collin Hesse
As the Operations Director for Chicago Title, Collin ensures each office provides a one-of-a-kind experience for our customers, while fostering relationships in a manner that encourages growth. With a leadership approach based on a team-first mentality, Collin cultivates an environment for our employees to succeed and prosper together. In his personal time, Collin enjoys coaching youth hockey and spending time with his family.
