Kim Nguyen has been in the title industry since 1998. Before becoming a Branch Manager, she was a licensed Escrow Assistant/Officer with experience in the builder, residential and commercial divisions. Kim started as a floater, working in various offices and departments. After assisting with document preparation in the legal department, Kim eventually worked her way up to handling all aspects of closing. She closes resale, refinance, construction, and commercial files, both in-state and out-of-state. With her unique set of skills and determination, Kim loves and thrives on challenging transactions. When out of the office, she enjoys cooking, reading, shopping, and spending time with her family.
